Attraction Details
The North American Game Warden Museum is a joint initiative of Wardens from Canada and the United States. The museum educates and honours the game warden profession as well as celebrating natural resource protection in North America.
In the rear courtyard is the North American Game Warden Memorial, the only memorial dedicated strictly to game wardens whom have lost their lives in the line of duty. Granite monuments of states, provinces and their federal agencies are engraved with fallen officer names. Within the museum, kiosks tell their stories.
The museum houses a wide and interesting variety of seized animals and artifacts with their associated stories of law enforcement. Programs are available for youth groups and tours are available.
