Give Mom a day she’ll always remember with our Mother’s Day Buffet. The menu, by Country Catering, includes roast beef, chicken Monterrey, mashed potatoes with gluten-free gravy, corn, lettuce salad, macaroni salad, corn salad, fresh fruit salad, bun, dessert, coffee, tea, lemonade and water (subject to change). In keeping with this year’s “All Things Pollinators” theme, all moms will take home a special gift – a butterfly weed plant. As you might guess, this plant attracts a host of pollinators, and is a favorite of Monarch butterflies. This beautiful blooming plant will be a perennial reminder of Mom’s special day.
